Indu (Samantha) asks her boyfriend Krishna aka Krish (Jr. NTR) to help her friend Bhoomi (Kajal Aggarwal) who is forced to get married. Krish goes to Bhoomi's homwtown as her boyfriend. What was meant to be a rescue mission gets Krish into an emotional conflict. What happens at Bhoomi's hometown forms the plot of Brindavanam.
